Stambaugh Auditorium Presents The Digital Concert Hall

Stambaugh Auditorium is proud to announce the release of The Digital Concert Hall, an app available to download on smart devices. Gain access to extraordinary performances in the comfort of your home, or the palm of your hand. Users can currently download the app from Apple’s App Store, The Google Play Store, Amazon’s App Store, AppleTV and Roku TV enabled devices. Full download instructions and links are available at

“It was Henry Stambaugh’s wish for a public auditorium to be constructed for “the enjoyment, pleasure, entertainment, and education of the citizens of Youngstown and surrounding areas”. Over the last several months we have had to work on adjusting our business model to offer virtual and hybrid events. Now we are able to take that one step further by making that content easily accessible to the community, and worldwide.” said Matt Pagac, CEO/COO Stambaugh Auditorium.

Several recently recorded performances are already available to download or stream in the app. New content will be added throughout the year. Content will include recitals and performances from organists on the E.M. Skinner Pipe Organ, Opera Western Reserve, Stambaugh Youth Concert Band, as well as documentaries and interviews with artists.

Opera Western Reserve’s fall production, OWR Presents: A Taste of Traviata , will premier digitally on November 13, 2020, at 7:00 pm. In place of the annual live production, OWR Presents: A Taste of Traviata will feature highlights of La Traviata as you’ve never seen it before. The new production will be recorded and produced at the historic Stambaugh Auditorium. Reserve your access to this exciting new opera format today via The Digital Concert Hall app.

The Digital Concert Hall app is free to download on your smart device. Some premium content can be unlocked through in-app purchases. Sign up for a free account today. For additional information please feel free to contact Stambaugh Auditorium at 330-747-5175 or email us at [email protected]
