Support the Stambaugh Youth Concert Band

We are very excited about the start of this year’s Stambaugh Youth Concert Band program.  Nearly 50 exceptionally talented young musicians representing high schools from throughout the Mahoning and Shenango valleys have been selected to participate for the 2021 – 2022 school year.  We have begun our weekly rehearsals and will be showcasing our work at two public concerts to be held on November 16, 2021 and April 12, 2022 in the beautiful Stambaugh Auditorium concert hall.

The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band provides extracurricular, high quality music education and performance opportunities to a select group of
outstanding young musicians.  Membership in the Stambaugh Youth Concert Band is a prestigious honor. The program not only provides the students with an opportunity to expand their musical knowledge and expertise, but it also provides them with the opportunity to meet and work with like-minded peers from other schools and communities throughout the region. Participation in the Stambaugh Youth Concert Band also helps to instill in the students the importance of hard work, integrity, work ethic, teamwork and discipline.

Founded in 2001, the Stambaugh Youth Concert Band is now entering its 20th anniversary season. Over the years, participation in the Stambaugh Youth Concert Band has paved the way for many of the students to continue their music education at the college level and to pursue careers in musical performance or music education.  The support of our donors is what makes this all possible.

Please consider serving as one of our season sponsors.  The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band program would not be possible without the support of our sponsors.  Your support of these outstanding young musicians is vital to the success of the program.
