More useable space is available in two large lobbies leading in to various areas including the auditorium, the marble room, the ballroom, the front entrance, and the main offices, to name just a few.

Often wedding ceremonies and fundraisers take place here also. The high usage of the building certainly can be attributed to the size, convenience and flexibility of the various available areas. Reservations for events that occur annually are often scheduled several years in advance.
